Chandigarh, October 14
In a major breakthrough, AGTF Punjab, in a joint operation with SAS nagarpolice, has cracked the sensational daylight murder of Subhash @ Sohu in Rajasthan,who was brutally shot five times in the head on 08.10.2024 in Sangriya, Jodhpur, #Rajasthan (FIR registered at PS Basni).
This was disclosed by Punjab DGP Gaurav Yadav in a tweet.
He said that the high-profile case was solved following the interrogation of suspects from a gangster module backed by Pavitar #USA & Manjinder #France.
All four persons accused are currently in police remand at PS Derra Bassi, and the investigation is progressing swiftly. The mastermind, Bhanu Sisodia has confessed to planning the murder as an act of revenge for the killing of his associate, Anil Lega, in February 2024. Mohd. Asif & Anil Kumar Godara played pivotal roles as handlers in executing the crime.
He said that the Punjab Police remains resolute in its commitment to dismantling criminal networks and ensuring justice and safety for all citizens.
