Beenewal : Former National General Secretary of Youth Congress and former President of Punjab Youth Congress, Amarpreet Singh Lali, has been appointed as an observer for the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly Elections by the Congress high command. According to the letter issued by the Chairman Shashikant Senthil on the orders of the General Secretary of the party, Lali has been appointed as an election observer for Kishtwar, Ram Van, Kathua, Udhampur and Doda districts of the Vidhan Sabha constituencies under Udhampur Lok Sabha Constituency.
